How do I remove my tan after the show?

We proudly sell an amazing product called E Rayz It that helps safely remove the tan. It's by far the best Option especially if you're competing back-to-back weekends.Another safe and effective option is a lemon juice and sugar scrub:

Mix fresh lemon juice with sugar to create a gentle exfoliating scrub Use in the shower with warm water Moisturize thoroughly afterward

🚫 We do not recommend baking soda. It is frequently used incorrectly and can be harsh on the skin.

When should I start skin prep?

Skin prep should begin as soon as you decide to compete — these are healthy habits to maintain year-round. The better condition your skin comes in the better your tan will be!

Baseline skin prep (early prep / regular routine):

Moisturize daily (alcohol and fragrance free moisturizer)
Exfoliate once per week
Avoid harsh or abrasive products like baking soda!!

Ideal competition prep window:

We strongly encourage consistent skin prep 6–8 weeks out from your show for best tanning results.

Peak Week Skin Prep:

During peak week, we recommend switching to a more intentional and controlled skin prep routine. You can:

🚫 Please avoid baking soda — misuse can negatively affect how your tan develops and adheres.

How long does the tan last?

With proper care, your competition tan can last 5–10 days, depending on washing, moisturizing, and activity levels.

Are tanning touch-ups included?

Yes. Touch-ups are included when we are the official tanning provider for the event.

If we are not the host tanner, we provide backstage support bags that include gloves, glaze, and essentials.

Are hair and makeup touch-ups included?

You are responsible for maintaining your look throughout the day.

Minor touch-ups (powder, lipstick, lash adjustment, small hair fixes) may be available at official shows.

Full re-applications (foundation reset, major hair changes) are not included and may incur additional charges.

Are lashes included with makeup?

Yes — lashes are included with makeup services.

If lashes need to be replaced later in the day, a $15 replacement fee applies.

How do I keep my jewelry shiny for show day?

Keep jewelry dry at all times

Put jewelry on after tanning, glaze, and oil are fully dry

Gently wipe with a soft microfiber cloth before stage time

Avoid moisture, perfume, hairspray, lotion, or sweat — these can dull stones quickly.

Should I wear jewelry during tanning or glazing?

No. Jewelry should never be worn during tanning, glaze, or oil application.

Tan residue can permanently cloud stones and damage metal finishes.

When should I put my jewellery on?

Jewellery should be the last thing you put on, once:

Tan is fully dry
Suit is on
Hair and makeup are complete

Can jewellery stain my skin or suit?

Yes — especially if it becomes wet or worn for extended periods.

Remove jewelry immediately after stage time and store it dry, away from your suit.

How should I store jewellery between prejudging and finals?

Yes — especially if it becomes wet or worn for extended periods.

Is competition jewellery meant for everyday wear?

No. Competition jewelry is designed for short-term stage wear under bright lights.

Daily wear will significantly shorten its lifespan.

Can I return or exchange shoes?

Yes — shoes may be returned or exchanged for store credit if they are unworn and in original condition.

Due to hygiene standards:

Worn shoes cannot be accepted Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways on returns or exchanges

How do I break in my shoes?

Gently warm the plastic with a blow dryer for a few seconds

Wear your heels daily for short periods, starting 6–8 weeks before your show

Do you carry wide-fit or narrow-fit heels?

Yes — we carry a variety of styles to accommodate both wider and narrower feet. If you’re unsure, contact us for guidance.

What is your return policy?

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Returns are issued as store credit only

Customers are responsible for:

Shipping items back to us
Shipping costs for replacement or exchanged items

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not offer refunds.Cancellations are issued as store credit, valid for one year from the original event date If a booking is postponed a second time, the original booking is forfeited

How do appointment times work on show day?

Appointment times for tanning are first come, first serve within your division’s assigned time block.

This means:

Each division is given a specific service window Athletes must arrive within that window Services are performed in the order athletes arrive Show Morning touch times and generally provided at the athletes meeting.

⏰ Arriving early within your division’s block is strongly recommended.

When will I receive my show schedule?

Schedules are emailed the Wednesday before the show to the email address used at booking.
