Since our Products are in high demand, we do not do exchanges because we cannot guarantee your item will be in stock at the time of return. You may return your items for store credit only.
Once we receive your heels, your store credit will be issued via email which you can use towards another size, style or whatever you like!
* Returned items must appear UNWORN (new) and in ALL of the original packaging. If this is violated in any way, the shoes will be shipped back to the customer after additional shipping has been paid by the customer. We are not responsible for shipping dirty heels back and will not accept them as they are not sanitary for resale.
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable and not included in store credit.
Unopened products may be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase at your own expense for a full refund, less shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
Jewellery Return Policy
Due to the nature of our jewellery products, all items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. We guarantee our products against manufacturer defects, however normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel that the merchandise you have received is defective, upon receipt of the items please contact us immediately. We will not be able to accommodate issues more than five days after the product(s) is/are received.
